An automotive start up are looking for a highly motivated Programme Manager to join their team and play a central role in driving hardware delivery and managing multiple client projects. The role will include creating and maintaining precise timing plans, ensuring deadlines are hit and expectations are exceeded. Your expertise will be key in coordinating across teams, solving problems, and keeping everything running smoothly.
Working arrangement: 2-4 days per month onsite in Chippenham, with the other days remote. Willingness to travel internationally when required.
Salary: Competitive depending on experience
Key Skills:
* 5+ years of Programme Management experience (Automotive industry experience is a plus, but not required)
* Strong people skills and ability to build relationships quickly
* Tenacity and drive to own challenges and see them through
* Experience managing project budgets
* Basic technical understanding (willing to develop further on the job)
* A proactive mindset to improve the business
Key Responsibilities:
