Skills Required
1. Microsoft Office 365
2. Active Directory (AD)
3. Windows 10 & 11
4. Preferably Azure Active Directory – Administration level
5. Good all-round Infrastructure Support
6. Remote control software
7. Experience with ServiceNow or similar
8. Intune / Endpoint Manager experience will be an advantage
The successful IT Service Desk Support / 2nd Line Helpdesk candidate will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with being methodical, logical, and proficient in troubleshooting.
