We are recruiting a Machine Operator to join our foundry. Working alongside an experienced team and reporting to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for completing a daily work schedule, using ever-evolving technology to deliver high end acrylic projects.
As a Machine Operator at our acrylic foundry, you will play a critical role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the efficient operation of machinery and equipment to produce precision acrylic products. You will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment where safety, quality, and attention to detail are of utmost importance.
Key Responsibilities
* Production : Working with various machinery and equipment across the production line to create innovative products.
* Quality control : Conduct QC checks throughout machining processes to ensure products meet our standards for precision, clarity, and finish. Identify and report any defects or irregularities in the production process.
* Safety Compliance : Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, including the use of PPE, to maintain a safe working environment.
* Productivity : Strive to meet or exceed production targets and quotas, ensuring deadlines are met.
* Team collaboration : Collaborate with other team members, including supervisors, sales and design team and quality control technicians to ensure smooth production operations.
Working Conditions
* The work environment will involve exposure to noise, dust, and various chemicals used throughout the acrylic fabrication process. Personal protective equipment will be required, and provided.
