The ideal candidate will be a UK resident with permission to work in the UK, be able to travel visa free in Europe, and have a second European language such as French Italian or Spanish, prospect and develop relationships with OE manufacturers of Niche vehicles in various industries, including but not limited to, commercial vehicles, last mile delivery vehicles, construction equipment, mining, agricultural, bus and coach, ground handling and aviation, whilst supporting UK based distribution customers. Direct lighting experience not essential, selling into at least one of the above industries is essential.
Responsibilities
* Track and report all sales activities via Hub Spot CRM
* Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis
* Targeting OE niche vehicle manufacturers in defined area
* Achieve year on year sales growth in defined area
* Monitoring sales revenue and forecasting sales turnover and margin
* Extensive travel is to be expected
Qualifications
* Experience or knowledge of sales to OE vehicle manufacturers and distribution
* A good understanding of business processes
* Experience of generating and maintaining relationships with sales leads
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills including one EU language
* Some engineering background would be useful including Automotive project management
* Understanding of Automotive quality processes
