The role
Are you passionate about finance and customer relations? Were seeking a dedicated Senior Analyst to join our Accounts Payable (OTC) team, you will ensure we receive timely and accurate payments while maintaining excellent relationships with our clients.
In this role, youll monitor invoices, statements, and payments, communicate regularly with customers, and negotiate payment plans when necessary. Youll also reconcile accounts, prepare insightful reports, analyse data, and identify trends and risks. Your contributions will be vital to the financial health and stability of our company, as well as to our customer satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities
Processing invoices for customers and ensuring timely and accurate billing.
Collecting payment information from customers and applying payments to their accounts in collaboration with our external accounting partner (BPO).
Reconciling accounts and resolving any discrepancies or disputes with customers or internal departments.
Preparing financial reports for the rest of the company and analysing accounts receivable data and trends.
Monitoring overdue accounts and initiating contact with customers to remind them of their payment obligations.
Implementing collection strategies and negotiating payment plans or settlements with delinquent customers.
Restricting or terminating credit access to customers who have a lot of unpaid balance or who violate the terms of their agreements in coordination with the Commercial team.
Managing the relationship with off-shore and outsourced teams for debt collection and working with internal and external teams to ensure that we invoice accurately.
Leading the discussions with the senior management on position of customer accounts and interpretation of contracts in place.
Analysis of ageing, cashflow and working capital impacts coming from commercial negotiations with our customers on a weekly basis.

Experience
Demonstrable, in-depth experience in a similar role ideally within the telecommunications sector.
Excellent communications skills and a track record of delivering multi-site programmes, with both internal and external suppliers.
Proficient in O365 platform and have the ability to communicate via reporting.
