Teaching Assistant Level 2 job summary

Hours per week / Weeks per year: 32.5 hours, Monday- Friday, 8.30am-3.30pm. Term time only, plus training days.

We are looking for a dedicated, caring and compassionate teaching assistant to work within our newly formed SEMH (social, emotional, mental health) classroom.
The ideal candidate will show resilience and a passion for supporting children who show barriers to learning. Building effective relationships with children, parents and other staff is essential. Having a good understanding of positive behaviour management strategies would be an advantage.
