We are looking for proactive, motivated, and sales-focused individuals to join our fast-paced Client Development Team at our Head Office in Bracknell. This exciting opportunity is for someone with strong verbal and written communication skills who is interested in structured career progression alongside uncapped earnings.
As a Client Development Executive, you will need to:
1. Make outbound calls to Chancellors Group customers and clients
2. Generate and book appointments and referrals for Chancellors Group offices
3. Cross-sell and upsell the full range of Chancellors services
4. Make the maximum number of calls possible in call round sessions
5. Handle any complaints in line with company policy and escalate complaints to the Customer Services Manager
6. Ensure branch teams and regional managers are briefed on matters that arise where further action is needed
7. Produce monthly commission claims based on completed actions
8. Conduct other administration tasks as directed by the Call Centre Manager or Team Leader
