Our Business Support team has a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to join them in Blackburn for 12 to 18 months. Our Role This is a fixed term role for 12 to 18 months. As the Project Manager you will be responsible for organisational change management to achieve the desired business outputs of change initiatives, delivering cultural change and efficiencies through optimisation of resource management. This role is responsible for oversight and governance of projects, stakeholder engagement and delivery of benefits as outlined in the Project Initiation Document. The projects will drive cultural change and will therefore require a clear focus on engagement for the business and stakeholders to embed sustained change in the organisation at all levels. The role will embed key project management frameworks and stage gates for progression to track benefits and outcomes using data led results. The project lead will develop change workstreams that maximise employees change readiness and adoption of those strategies in line with the ENW change framework. Responsible for end to end delivery of projects in accordance with the ENWL project delivery lifecycle (PDL) from business case through to service transition. Driving strong governance through steering groups and project boards, ensuring alignment and all relevant business support. Responsible for planning and monitoring overall progress of the project(s) or agile team, resolving issues and initiating corrective actions where necessary. What we re looking for Have proven experience and an excellent track record of working in Business Change and project environment including medium sized projects (essential); Experience in Cultural change programmes through clear engagement strategies Hold a PRINCE2, PMI, MSP, Agile or similar qualification (essential); Be experienced in managing multi-skilled teams operating in a matrix management environment; Have the ability to provide effective and clear reporting to senior management (essential); Be an excellent written and verbal communicator (essential); Have the ability to engage effectively with key internal and external stakeholders (essential); Have a strong customer focus (essential).
