The role…..
Our Team Leaders lead and motivate our clinical administration teams in supporting our clinical colleagues and key stakeholders to deliver the very best care for our patients.
You’ll be....
You will support the Paediatrics and Community Paediatrics team in Hub 4 while motivating your team.
You will be required to work at Hull Royal Infirmary.
You will oversee outpatient clinics, inpatient waiting lists, and patient correspondence, adhering to performance targets and identifying continuous service improvements.
You’ll analyze performance data ensuring high standards of operational integrity, using the data to coach and develop your team.
As an advocate for the clinical administration service, you will be a visible role model promoting the work and achievements of our teams.
You will work closely with your Hub Manager and ensure all staff holidays and development are up to date.
