Are you a looking to start your career in Local Government Finance We are looking for talented and ambitious individuals who are interested in a new career in Finance to join our team.
Working alongside a small team of Finance professionals, you will assist in a range of financial activities and contribute to the provision of financial advice, information, and support to our clients. PSPS will continue to provide ongoing training and continued personal development, we even cover the price of the qualification, provide support, and time off for exams.
Typical duties will be:
* Processing income transactions
* Scanning, filing and logging account documents
* Perform routine calculations to produce analyses and reports as requested
* Collect and enter data for various financial systems and spreadsheets
If you possess the following skills and attributes we would love to hear from you:
* Four GCSE's or equivalent including Maths and English
* Actively studying or looking to study AAT
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and financial systems
* Great communications skills
* The ability to adapt to changing demands and tasks
