Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust's paediatric team is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated paediatric nurses to work in our acute inpatient unit, paediatric daycase unit, and paediatric assessment unit. A rotation between all three areas is available.

Main Duties of the Job
* Provide care in Ward 21, a 21 bedded unit caring for medical, surgical, and high dependency patients.
* Care for patients aged 0-16 years in our Paediatric Assessment Unit.
* Deliver care for elective surgical patients under the ENT, Surgical, and Trauma teams in our Paediatric Daycase unit.
* Work autonomously and as part of a team to provide high-quality patient care.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Registered Paediatric Nurse with Current NMC Registration.
Knowledge and Skills
* Paediatric BLS
* Willingness to undertake further clinical skills training
* PILS
* IV competency
Experience
* Experience working within an acute paediatric nursing environment.
