Branch Manager – Mansfield – £35,000 – £38,000 + Bonus
We have a new opportunity for an experienced manager with a background in financial services/banking to join our client in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire. You will require excellent customer service and people management skills. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Key Responsibilities include:
1. Providing management across the branch including setting and achieving targets
2. Actively promoting the business products and services
3. Providing excellent customer service to customers
4. Providing training to new and existing staff members
5. Ensure full compliance with policies, procedures and legalities
6. Actively working in the community to engage with charities and local opportunities
7. Contributing to the advertising and marketing of the business
8. Providing support to other branches when required
Person specification:
9. Management experience within financial services or banking
10. Degree within a finance/business related subject
11. CeMap qualified or equivalent
12. Knowledge of BCOBS and MCOBS regulations
13. Access to car as some travel to other branches may be required
Salary, working hours and benefits
14. The salary on offer is £35,000 – £38,000pa + Bonus
15. Contracted working hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm. With this being a senior role you will be expected to be flexible depending on business needs.
