Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Admin and Sales Support professional to join our team in Birkenhead. As a key member of our sales operations, you will provide essential admin assistance to the Sales Manager and Directors, supporting the sales team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage sales contracts, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to suppliers
* Process pricing requests and energy invoice validations through an online portal
* Produce business reports and manage sales-related data
* Assist with financial reporting and payroll preparation
* Provide after-sales support and respond to customer queries
Requirements
* Previous experience in a commercial energy admin and finance role within a sales office
* Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* A confident telephone manner and strong communication skills
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
