Jark Cambridge are recruiting for a Contracts Administrator for a permanent position based in Cambridge with a leading Facilities Management contractor.
The Key Duties of this role will be:
1. To support the facilities manager with the day-to-day delivery of planned & reactive maintenance tasks.
2. Supporting the onsite client helpdesk team to resolve any maintenance issues raised.
3. Planning and arranging subcontractor visits to site.
4. Inducting site contractors.
5. Monitoring site compliance logs.
6. Filing & organising all related paperwork.
7. Assisting with the invoicing for completed site works.

Skills Required
1. You will ideally have an understanding of the delivery of planned maintenance.
2. Experience of working with a computer-aided facilities management system (CAFM) is preferred.
3. Strong communication skills.
4. Able to use Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Any knowledge of standards and regulations within the FM industry would be an advantage.
