As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and versatile Administrator to join our team and support our daily operations. Key Responsibilities: General administrative duties, including managing emails, data entry, and maintaining records. Using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for day-to-day tasks. Confidently managing our social media platforms, creating engaging posts, and tracking performance. Using our CRM system to update candidate and client information. Supporting payroll processing (desirable but not essential). Assisting with Canva for marketing materials (desirable but not essential). Handling telephone inquiries from clients and candidates in a professional and confident manner. About You: Experience: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Previous experience with CRM systems is essential. Social Media Skills: Confident in managing and posting on social media platforms. Organised: Able to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail. Phone Confidence: Comfortable speaking with clients and candidates over the phone. Desirable Skills: Payroll and Canva experience would be beneficial but not mandatory. Transport: Must have your own vehicle due to our rural location. Hours: Monday to Friday, either 9:00 am - 3:00 pm or 3-4 days a week, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (flexible to suit your needs). What We Offer: A supportive and friendly working environment.
