Base pay range
I’m looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Associate to join a leading international Media group. Based in their Belfast office, you'll play a key role in driving engagement and revenue by managing inbound and outbound communication with a diverse client base across Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
1. Handle inbound calls and emails from customers placing advertising in our regional and national digital and print publications, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
2. Proactively reach out to regular clients via outbound calls and emails to remind them of deadlines, promote special offers, and maintain consistent revenue streams.
3. Assist customers in transitioning from print to digital advertising by promoting innovative blended products and guiding them through the process.
4. Act as a central point of contact in a regionally based hub, helping to deliver a modern, tech-enabled customer success function that drives impact and value across Ireland.
Experience/Requirements
1. At least three years’ experience in customer service
2. Excellent verbal and written communications skills
3. Proven track record of experience in outbound calling
