Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:30pm.
This position will be based at our facility in Biggleswade on the new Stratton Business Park.
Responsibilities
1. Inbound and outbound calls to customers and our Internal CEF Branches.
2. Processing customer's website placed orders.
3. Processing internal CEF Branch placed orders.
4. Conversing with customers via on-line chat and e-mail.
5. Tracking orders and liaising with all our courier networks.
6. Assisting customers when using our website, placing orders etc.
7. General office / customer service duties.
Skills, Knowledge, Qualification and Experience
1. Computer literate.
2. Previous experience in an office-based Customer Services environment is essential.
3. Previous customer telephone & email experience would be preferred.
4. Strong work ethic and initiative.
5. Enjoy working with people and be able to work as part of a team.
