As the Senior Electrical Engineer, your role is essential in ensuring excellence in the operation and maintenance of the Anasuria FPSO. You will focus on supporting the execution and delivery of SECE and Non-SECE maintenance, as well as managing discipline-based risks. Additionally, you will identify improvement opportunities related to safety, emissions reduction, asset life extension, and CMMS maintenance scheduling.
Role and Responsibilities:
Health, Safety and Environment
1. Contribute to the development and closure of Operational Risk Assessments.
2. Support the development of Instrument & Control discipline safety studies.
3. Prepare material and present asset data for HSEx inspections.
4. Identify improvements to support the asset's goal of achieving "Net Zero" emissions.
Strategic Priorities
1. Contribute to Asset Life Extension initiatives to support the COP target of 2035.
2. Provide key Instrument & Control discipline expertise to Concept and FEED developments.
Asset Responsibilities
1. Align vendor mobilisations with CMMS scheduling.
2. Support SECE and non-SECE maintenance lookahead activities to manage maintenance while minimising backlog.
3. Take ownership of electrical-based changes and contribute to all plant changes following the MoC process.
4. Provide electrical engineering input to the development and execution of brownfield projects.
5. Support ICP inspections and drive action close-out.
6. Take ownership of EX register upkeep and vendor mobilisation.
7. Provide input to the 6-week, 90-day, and 6Q integrated asset plans.
8. Develop annual budgets to support ongoing maintenance and improvement initiatives.
9. Improve the effectiveness of maintenance schedules based on risk/reliability analysis.
10. Manage electrical risks on the asset Risk Register.
11. Stay updated on changes to legislation and ensure compliance with international standards and industry best practices.
12. Support critical spares management initiatives in line with the asset maintenance strategy for all electrical equipment.
13. Support 5-year production loss investigations and progress improvement plans based on investigation findings.
14. Conduct periodic visits offshore to conduct audits and support offshore personnel.
15. Attend monthly meetings with Electrical Engineering TA and drive action close-out.
16. Support and mentor other discipline engineers and junior Electrical Engineers.
17. Assess the competency of offshore Electrical technicians.

Competence Requirements & Skills:
Education & Associations (Essential)
1. Honours degree qualified in relevant engineering field, or equivalent time in the oil & gas industry.
2. Experience in mobilising and working in both onshore and offshore environments.
Additional Requirements
1. Working experience and/or knowledge of EX inspections and remedial work.
