As a Digital Designer in ourCreative team, you will be at the forefront of delivering diverse and intricate digital projects for both our clients in the healthcare sector and the company. These will include the development, maintenance and testing of new and existing websites and web applications, the creation of interactive content for conferences and events, as well as the creation of digital marketing materials such as HTML emails, web banners and social media graphics.
You will be involved in every stage of the project lifecycle, from initial concept development to full production, allowing for real autonomy and creativity. This involves early-stage collaboration with other designers, project managers, and clients to define the project scope and objectives. You will then produce high-quality design materials, providing technical insight and offering guidance as needed.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Developing Digital Materials:Creating a variety of user-friendly deliverables, including websites and web applications, interactive content for external events, marketing materials, and other design pieces for both internal teams and external clients
* Collaboration: Working closely with creative colleagues and project managers at the outset of projects to determine the design scope, purpose, and strategic approach to be taken
* Effective Communication: Clearly communicating project requirements to project teams and providing input on any technical queries
* Quality and Delivery: Ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality
* Exceptional Service:Providing outstanding customer service, building strong partnerships with internal teams and external clients

Exceptional organisation and self-motivation, along with the ability to proactively identify innovative solutions, are essential.
While no previous experience in the scientific industry is required, we are looking for someone with a genuine interest in applying their design skills to the healthcare sector.
Essential requirements for the role are:
* A degree-level or higher qualification in a design-related discipline (minimum 2.1), in addition to a highly innovative portfolio. We welcome applications from candidates with a diverse range of specialisms, including but not limited to; Digital Design, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Media and Communications, Computer Science and Art
* Previous industry professional experience within an agency or commercial setting
* Technical knowledge of email/web/application development, including practical experience with HTML and CSS
* Experience with UI/UX design for a wide range of digital channels
* Good working knowledge of Figma, or a strong desire to learn
* Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop. Familiarity with other software in the Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills, an excellent level of productivity and the flexibility to respond to changing deadlines
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build robust and sustainable working relationships
Desired requirements for the role are:
* Search engine optimisation (SEO) experience
* Knowledge of omnichannel marketing and a flare for copywriting
