Credit Controller
* Downpatrick
* Up to £14/hour
* Part-Time/16-20 hours per week
Blackfox have an opportunity to join a well-known Specialist Building Supplier as a Credit Controller on a part-time basis.
The Role:
* Proactively collecting and managing all debts and ensuring timely payments.
* Administering and managing account limits.
* Evaluating and reviewing new credit requests and limits.
* Monitoring sales ledger accounts to minimise excessive and bad debt.
* Checking and processing credit notes.
* Preparing statements and raising invoices and credit notes.
* Working closely with all departments to efficiently collect debt.
* Query Resolution.
The Person:
* 1+ years’ experience in a similar role.
* Experienced with Accountancy Software, e.g. Sage.
* Confident and Commercially Savvy.
