Tasks Within this role your responsibilities will be to provide an accurate, timely and professional service to the HR team and People Managers Administration and development of Cascade. Identifying and escalating case management and issues to HRBP in order to minimise employee retention issues and mitigate business risk. Management of the HR teams workflow. Administration of employee benefits and general administration support and assistance to the wider HR team. Provide monthly ‘People Reports’ and ‘data decks’ for the SLT Monthly People Meeting, with use of data and insights found in the HR system and HR ticket platform Requirements Experience within a fast paced HR Assistant role Strong HR support experience with the ability to use and develop the HR system Experience working with the Cascade HR system is desired. Highly personable, approachable with strong communication skills both written and verbal. The ability to work within a team to deliver results, skills within identifying problems and making independent decisions.
