Reporting Business Lead

The backstory: KP Snacks are working with Intersnack (their parent company) to run a transformational project (Project One) to rationalise processes and systems. We require a Reporting Business Lead to be an integral part of the project team to own their function's implementation of this project.
What you will be doing
1. Own the Business Reporting workstream within Project One
2. Drive the implementation of Project one and the change in process, system and people
3. Work with each of the functional leads to understand end to end requirements for reporting within the new template
4. Work in partnership with Intersnack Group equivalent to ensure the correct and appropriate reporting is designed
5. Own and lead the project with the Intersnack Group team and deliver a comprehensive suite of reports (Management Information and Operational) for our business to run for project go live
6. Guide and align functional subject matter experts (both KP and Intersnack Group delivering the KP project) to ensure a holistic approach to reporting delivery is taken, to ensure managerial and operational requirements of the entire KP business are met.
7. Accountable for resolution of issues and mitigation of risk to the business and the project outcome, for the duration of the project
8. Raise areas of issues/gaps and potential solutions to feed into the build process
9. Assess the impact to WoW changes in reporting for the business
10. Drive any changes to ways of working
11. Support the change process and spread positive messaging
12. Lead the test process for KP in your workstream
13. Manage the roll out of reporting with the functional workstream leads
14. Support the hypercare (Post Go-Live Support) and embed appropriate reporting within the business
