This role is known internally as a Performance Administrator.
SALARY: £25,152 - £26,466 pro rata + Generous Benefits (see below)
LOCATION: Hybrid working partly in the office in Winchester, Hampshire (SO23) with the remaining time from home.
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.
WORKING HOURS: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

As the Administrator / Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the Performance Partnering Team and wider Operations colleagues, ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Working as the Administrator / Administrative Assistant, you will need to effectively manage multiple priorities in this varied and integral role.
DUTIES
Your Duties As Administrator / Administrative Assistant Will Include:
* Provide efficient, effective, and confidential administrative support to the Performance Partnering Team and wider business.
* Schedule and organise senior meetings, including taking accurate minutes.
* Manage email inboxes, prioritising and responding to correspondence in a timely manner.
* Draft, edit, and proofread letters, reports, and presentations.
* Maintain contract libraries and support relationship mapping.
* Ensure the secure logging and filing of highly confidential information.
* Act as a buyer for the Operational Performance Team, processing purchase orders and invoices.
* Maintain memberships and subscription registrations.
* Contribute to high-quality performance and impact reports.
* Ensure that all data collection, management, and usage adhere to GDPR regulations.
Candidate Requirements
* Previous administrative experience in a customer-focused environment.
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English, grades A*-C.
* Strong administration skills, including minute-taking, letter writing and email management.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently at all levels.
* Understands the importance of GDPR and can handle sensitive information appropriately.
* Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Works well under pressure, meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
* Strong IT skills - familiar with using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Confident and adaptable with systems. While training will be provided, you need to be able to pick up systems quickly.
* A clean UK driving licence or access to public transport would be desired for weekly office attendance and monthly in-person team meetings.
