Hours: 40 hours per week, full time, permanent Salary: £24,960 bonuses Working hours: 40 hours per week between the hours of 8am-10pm (Mon-Sun) Location: Work from home Pay : Fortnightly Job Description What you will be doing You will be working on behalf of one of the world’s most reputable banking organisations. As an inbound advisor your principle role will be answering inbound calls from existing customers, using your professional and friendly approach in assisting with account queries, such as, payments, direct debits, overdrafts, interest rates… anything banking related. We will put you through a first-class training program for 4/5 weeks. This will involve all aspects of the role and enable all our valued staff to become part of a cohesive team. No annual leave or appointments will be authorised within your first 10 weeks as we don’t want you to miss any vital information. Responsibilities Delivery of excellent customer service by managing inbound calls in a timely manner Handling various banking enquiries making sure your customers feel valued and supported Treat customers fairly by identifying customers’ needs Work towards monthly KPI’s to meet targets including call efficiency and quality Keep up to date with policies and products through our digital system and email communications Build growing and sustainable relationships with our customer, be engaging in conversation and going the extra mile Criteria/requirements A minimum of 6 months customer service experience Must be available for full time work (40 hours per week) between the hours of 8am-10pm (Mon-Sun) This is a work from home position – we’ll deliver your equipment & technology, but you must have a working internet connection with a minimum speed of 5mbps upload & 10 mbps download and connect via Ethernet cable at all times. Must have a smartphone with IOS or Android operating system to download work related apps. You may be required to use this for other work-related purposes. You must have a quiet working space at home one in which you can conduct the role in a confidential manner due to the nature of the position. A clear credit history, no unspent criminal convictions and you will be required to provide 3 years employment history including any gaps. Why work for us?
