We are currently looking for a dedicated and proactive Assistant Site Manager to join our dynamic team for an exciting RC frame development project.
Role Overview:
As an Assistant Site Manager, you will be an integral part of our construction team, providing support to the Site Manager and ensuring that the project runs smoothly, on time, and to the highest standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who is looking to progress their career in site management within the RC frame sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Site Manager with the day-to-day operations on site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
* Coordinate and monitor subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring that work is completed on schedule and to the required quality standards.
* Ensure the project is being carried out in line with the construction program, budget, and specifications.
* Assist with managing site logistics and maintaining efficient workflow.
* Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and health & safety standards.
* Assist in managing site records, including daily reports, incident logs, and progress updates.
* Collaborate with project teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth project execution.
* Monitor the implementation of health and safety procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry, preferably with a focus on RC frame projects.
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, methodologies, and safety standards.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in using construction management software and MS Office applications.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field are desirable.
