You’ll work on high-value recruitment projects for clients in London’s financial and legal sectors, managing the full recruitment cycle while driving business growth. This role requires strong expertise in handling high-end clients, excellent relationship-building skills, and a results-driven mindset. Responsibilities : Client Development : Identify and engage with new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. Pitch contingent and retained search services confidently and effectively. Search Execution : Manage full-cycle recruitment, from taking detailed job briefs to successfully placing candidates. Candidate Engagement : Source, interview, and deliver top-quality candidates, ensuring a high standard of service. Market Knowledge : Develop a deep understanding of the London market, particularly within the finance and legal sectors. CRM/ATS Management : Ensure all activity is accurately recorded and updated in our systems. Revenue Generation : Drive billings and exceed targets, earning uncapped commission on your success. What We’re Looking For : A proven track record in recruitment, with experience working with high-end clients in financial or legal sectors. A proven track record of billing above target – we expect to see these figures clearly outlined on your CV. Strong business development and client relationship management skills. The ability to work independently, with a proactive and self-motivated approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in presenting to senior stakeholders. Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes and maintaining ATS/CRM systems. A desire and ability to get into London on occasion for important client meetings.
