Your Purpose
Determine and define the Capital Project scope and objectives for Aspall by engaging with stakeholders to incorporate their needs and best engineering practices. Enhance site engineering standards and manage project implementation from inception to handover, including training and documentation. Report to the Site Engineering Manager and deputize for them, covering the Asset Care Manager role when needed.
Key Responsibilities
• Define Project Scope and Objectives: Engage with stakeholders to determine scope and objectives, manage resources, and track budgets.
• Develop Project Schedules: Create detailed schedules and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Manage Contracts: Oversee vendor and supplier contracts, applying industry best practices.
• Ensure EH&S Compliance: Meet EH&S requirements and collaborate on Corporate Social Responsibility commitments.
• Report CAPEX Expenditure: Inform management of CAPEX expenditure, highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Monitor and Measure Projects: Track progress, adjust as needed, and evaluate performance to implement improvements.
