We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate person to join our team at Swanwick Lodge; a secure children’s home situated close to the M27 for an easy commute from Portsmouth or Southampton. Some of the hours can be flexible; however, Monday and Fridays cover will be needed from 4pm – 8:30pm each week, the other hours will be agreed to suit both parties up to a maximum of 18 contracted hours per week.
* You will provide a courteous and professional, front-line service to staff, professional visitors, and members of the public; both in person and over the telephone.
* You will ensure the secure movement of staff, visitors, and children around the unit via internal security systems.
* You will maintain accurate records and provide general administrative assistance.
A good level of English and competent IT skills is essential; all training necessary for you to fulfil the role will be provided.
This role is subject to a Criminal Records Check. As such, and as per safer recruitment requirements for Children's Services, references will be requested prior to interview.
