Loughborough University is seeking an experienced Painter to work as part of the large building fabric team carrying out planned, preventative and reactive work across the University Estate.
This role is based on Loughborough Campus and will require the individual to paint and refurbish student residential areas.
Here’s more about the role and what we’re looking for:
An individual to carry out painting, decorating and allied trade’s works in connection with maintenance and minor alterations, required to the University controlled premises.
Someone with computer abilities and able to carry out frequent checks on our ARCHIBUS system to ensure correct completion and submission of all works to enable accurate records to be maintained.
Qualifications and Experience
NVQ level 2 diploma in Painting & Decorating or equivalent
Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in maths & English
