Detailed job description and main responsibilities
* Work closely with the Head of Integration and Transformation / Deputy Head of Integration and Transformation to ensure all programmes of work are co-ordinated effectively
* Work in partnership with the Clinical Service Lines to embed an improvement culture throughout the organisation, ensuring that sustainable change is embedded in everyday operational business
* Provide expertise and support to the Clinical Service Lines to ensure changes are managed in a planned and smooth manner
* Work across and develop relationships with multiple stakeholders, multi-disciplinary teams and in conjunction with system partners, including the ICB and Primary Care
* Manage change/transformation projects and business cases which will deliver objectives
* Make effective links and assess the impacts and co-dependencies of current and emergent issues which may influence the programme/change portfolio

* Successful programme management experience, with evidence of having achieved programme deliverables
* A demonstrable understanding of the principles of modernisation, including experience of service improvement methodologies and knowledge of how they can be applied in different settings
* Ability to analyse, interpret and compare complex facts, opinions and situations
* Experience of influencing others
* A proven track record and demonstrated ability of working collaboratively with a variety of organisational levels to deliver programme goals
Desirable criteria
* Experience of working in a complex, multi-agency environment and across organisational boundaries
Knowledge
Essential criteria
* Ability to negotiate and influence others in a positive manner with the confidence to manage differing views in order to achieve change and improvement
