Qualifications:
6. Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or willing to work towards it)
7. GCSE English and Maths, grade C (or 4) or above
Experience (Preferred but not essential):
8. Experience working with students with SEN, SLD/PMLD, ADHD, or ASD
9. Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
10. Familiarity with behaviour management strategies
