Technical Support Engineer - CNC
£45,000 - £50,000 Per Annum + Training + Progression + 10% Bonus
Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm

Due to growth, my client is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join their skilled team. The company is a highly respected global manufacturer of specialist CNC machinery, and they are able to provide a genuine platform for growth and development.
The successful candidate will provide first-line support to customers and field-based engineers, which could range from assisting with software queries, through to troubleshooting urgent mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic breakdowns.
This role would suit anyone from an engineering or manufacturing background looking for an office-based role offering great working hours and an excellent benefits package.
The Role:
• Engineering Technical Support (Office)
• First-line support for customers and field-based engineers
• Troubleshooting electrical, pneumatic, software, and mechanical breakdowns
• Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
The Candidate:
• Experience in a service, maintenance or similar engineering position
• Customer Service / Technical Support experience is ideal but not necessary
• Looking for an office-based role
• Commutable to Daventry
