The Role
This role is well suited to an Employment solicitor who is keen to take on a varied and exciting caseload. Work spans a plethora of employment issues, from providing general advice and HR support to drafting contracts of employment, advising on settlements and much more.
Clients sit both on the employer and employee side, and you will be able to support large-scale businesses and individuals to achieve positive outcomes in relation to employment issues.
Notably, many of your clients will be high-net-worth individuals with established reputations in areas like business and sport. From employment tribunal work to drafting contracts, TUPE, settlement agreements and day-to-day employment advice, this is a unique opportunity to work with a varied and stimulating client base and gain exposure to an engaging range of work
Working directly alongside key Partners in the practice area, you will be in a strong position to develop an extensive network and enviable expertise in the area of Employment.
The Ideal Candidate
1. Is an experienced Employment Solicitor (3+ PQE) who can work independently and as part of a team
2. Can manage a varied caseload with a range of clients including high-net-worth individuals
3. Has strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients and colleagues alike.
4. Is well organised and can prioritise efficiently
