They are now looking recruit a Business Development Manager to help them continue along this path, servicing and developing the significant pipeline of opportunities which the network has at its disposal, and further building their reputation as the number 1 broker network for independent and start up insurance brokers.
Job purpose:
Working alongside the Business Development Director, you will focus on the growth of the network through proactively identifying and securing new broker partners, and demonstrating the benefits which joining the network can bring to their business.
This is a key position that involves cultivating relationships, understanding market dynamics, and providing compelling value propositions to attract new partners to the network.
