Aramark UK are currently recruiting a Chef to join our team working at Salisbury House, 1 Phoenix Brow, Parr Street, St Helens. WA9 1JS. You will be responsible for working collaboratively with the teams regarding food production management to ensure minimal wastage, maintenance of food levels, food quality and brand standards. What we offer: This is a full-time position, 32 hours per week, shift pattern is 5 days out of 7 (includes some weekends) Shifts range between 7:00 am – 6:30 pm, leaving your evenings free - a rarity when you work within culinary/hospitality. A day in the life of a Chef: Preparing three meals a day (basic recipies), serving on the hot food counter. Assisting in stock take and menu planning. Working alongside catering assistants with a collaborative approach. Learning procedures and standards for all kitchen tasks, including cleaning down. Undertaking relevant online training as required. You will be set up for success if you have: Experience or qualification in cooking/cheffing.
