Occupational Health Staffing are looking to recruit a Clinical Operations Manager to work Homebased with travel to sites when required on a permanent basis 3 days/week between Mondays – Thursdays. The role is mainly homebased and travel to sites will be once every few months. The role will involve:
* Lead a team of clinical staff
* Maintain and enhance ethical governance within contracts
* Conduct regular competency reviews, audit clinical work and end of probation meetings
* Ensure compliance within company processes including health and safety legislation and SEQOSH
* Coordinate all clinical aspects of contract renewal process, ensure seamless renewals and customer retention
