The role:
Realise HR is a leading, multi-award-winning HR Consultancy. We work with clients across the globe to deliver bespoke solutions. Our focus is on people and culture, creating sustainable and lasting change.
Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced People Partner to join our SME division, to ensure our SME clients receive the best expert advice on all HR matters and remain compliant with relevant regulations.
You will be integral to developing and implementing HR initiatives, with the aim of supporting our clients growth and success. You will also support the Realise team to develop relationships with new clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide expert HR advice and support to our SME clients.
2. Develop and implement HR initiatives and policies.
3. Ensure clients are compliant with relevant regulations.
4. Conduct HR audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
5. Support clients with employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
6. Deliver training and workshops on HR best practices.
7. Keep up-to-date with changes in employment law and HR trends.
8. Design and deliver HR projects for larger organisations.
9. Get involved in HR projects like employee engagement surveys, culture change programmes, talent management, team development and more.
10. Support our HR community with learning opportunities and develop content which will be commercialised.
11. Attend and network with our sweet spot customers to share what we do and how we can help them.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Must be enthusiastic, energetic, and willing to take the initiative.
2. Experience in providing HR advice and support to SMEs.
3. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and policies.
6. Ability to design and deliver training and workshops.
7. Ability to build effective and long lasting relationships quickly.
8. Confident in interacting with clients and providing the best customer service.
9. A qualification, or relevant experience, in HR management.
