Job Description
We are seeking a mechanic to join our team. We provide all necessary training for repair equipment and supply all required tools. Our mechanics benefit from an excellent work environment, stable work hours, and a strong work-life balance.
Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience in component-level repair of machinery.
* Proficiency in visual and dimensional inspection of associated parts.
* Ability to work independently and efficiently.
* Advanced troubleshooting skills for equipment and systems.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Manual machining experience with lathe, mill, etc., is a strong plus.
Job Duties:
* Learn repair techniques under the supervision of a senior technician.
* Disassemble and clean parts.
* Perform visual and dimensional inspections of components.
* Compile Bill of Materials (BOM) for necessary repairs.
* Provide reports on "as-found" and "as-built" conditions.
* Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of failures and collaborate with the engineering team when needed.
* Follow established policies and procedures for equipment repair and shop workflow.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the evaluation and rebuild process.
* Assist with pickup and delivery of customer equipment as needed.
Requirements:
* Proven experience of 3+ years as a maintenance mechanic.
* Proficiency in reading and interpreting equipment manuals, BOMs, and technical drawings.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
