COMMERCIAL VEHICLE SALES ADMINISTRATOR Our client is a specialist for intelligent drive technology and systems. Their customers are in diverse industries such as oil and gas, energy, mining, ship technology, rail and commercial vehicles. They are looking to employ on a full-time permanent basis a Commercial Vehicle Sales Administrator. This role will be based in the Company premises in Croydon. Drug and Alcohol related medical for all New Employees upon starting. Commercial Vehicle Sales Administrator – The Offer · £33k to £35k depending on experience · Hours are Mon-Thurs 08:30 to 16:30 and Fri 08:30 to 15:30, a 36.5-hour week · 25 days annual leave · Annual Bonus – Pro rata on year of joining · Pension (3% Employee & 6% Employer) · Life Assurance 3 x salary · Private Health & Dental · Cycle to work scheme Commercial Vehicle Sales Administrator – The Role · Handle enquiries from customers regarding products, services and order status. · Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. · Ensure customer information is accurate and up to date in company records. · Administration support for quotation of all new projects. · Liase with material control and manufacturing departments for delivery promises. · Booking out of service exchange, repair transmissions, spring couplings etc. · Inputting and booking out of spare part orders. · Maintain up to date records on transmissions outstanding with customers. · Process and track sales orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. · Support warranty claim system working closely with other team members and service team. · Carry out back-to-back ordering for parts from Germany when required. · Liaise with Germany to progress urgent orders. · Assisting in other company projects or tasks as and when required.
