What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for an enthusiastic and efficient Data Officer to join our Data team here at Myton. Reporting to the Data and Processes Manager the successful candidate will provide full administrative services to the recording and reporting of student data. The Data Officer will collate, input and maintain up-to-date and accurate student records, including assisting with student CENSUS administration and mark sheets.
You will need to be IT literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel packages; experience of using a management information system (MIS) is desirable but not essential. You will need to have good organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise workload accordingly with excellent attention to detail. You will be working 27.5 hours per week, over 39 weeks a year. We are flexible on start/finish times and working days and will discuss this at interview stage.
