Job Role: Careline Manager Job Location: London Salary: £28 to £35 per hour Working period: Monday – Friday 8:30 – 17:30 Your Role; To ensure that the Careline alarm monitoring and response service is available and adequately staffed for service provision 24/7, 365 days per year. To ensure that the service provided by the Careline Team is of a consistently high standard, meets the needs of Hammersmith & Fulham’s diverse communities, and the quality and standards of practice and performance in all areas of service delivery. To monitor the budgets for the Careline Service; monitor activity and ensure accurate and consistent use of systems and resources to achieve all performance targets in relation to this area of service delivery. To manage, co-ordinate and direct all activities delivered by the Careline Service To be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Careline Service and to oversee management and development of all associated staff within the provision To provide services within allocated resources, in accordance with Council policies and departmental procedures. To develop and maintain effective relationships with key partners and stakeholders and the wider community to facilitate the delivery of high-quality services that meet service user needs To continuously drive improvement in delivery performance by developing and implementing policies, initiatives, and strategies to improve both team and individual performance; and to share this best practice with others as appropriate.
