The Trust is seeking an experienced and passionate individual who has an interest in helping develop and deliver empowering sporting and related learning activities Job Purpose: 1. To deliver Leyton Orient Trust’s Youth Engagement programmes including delivery of Premier League Kicks, Advantage and the National Citizen Service (NCS) programme. 2. To Develop effective schemes of work across all areas of youth engagement provision. Main tasks: • Delivering a structured and high quality weekly coaching and enrichment programme for all participants involved in the programme. • Adding to the production of coaching resource bank and planning weekly session plans to a high standard in line with partner and funder requirements. • Ensuring safety for all participants by undertaking health and safety checks before each activity and adopting the Trust’s safeguarding procedures. • Working with the Youth Engagement Officer and Lead Development Coach on: o Ensuring all data is collected and inputted onto relevant systems o Capturing good news stories and case studies of participant development and individual achievement in session • Attending all training as required • Attending match days to work on Trust and Club related activities • Completing all other tasks as requested.
