Description Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Managing the recruitment and selection process. Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital. Assessing training needs to apply and monitor training programmes. Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management. Overseeing and managing performance appraisal systems that drive high performance. Nurturing a positive working environment. Reporting to senior management and providing decision support through HR metrics.Profile A successful HR Manager should have: A degree in Human Resources or related field (CIPD Qualified) Proven working experience in HR Manager role within a standalone capacity. Knowledge of HR systems and databases. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
