Job summary Reporting to the Director of Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our strategic transformation agenda. This post will be pivotal in shaping the design and delivery of a wide range of transformation programmes. These will focus on productivity and efficiency programme delivery; engagement with staff and modernisation of the frontline delivery using continuous improvement tools and techniques. The post will lead on reporting the activity and impact of the Transformation agenda at executive level and externally.
