As the Head of Access and Enabling Independence, you will be a key member of the Adult Social Care Leadership Team, reporting into the Operational Director Adult Care and Support. In this role, you will be essential in ensuring the effective operation of our adult front door, whether via the community or hospital, and services that enable independence such as Reablement, Occupational Therapy, and the Sensory Team. You will lead the review of pathways into social care, ensuring our services fully leverage new ways of working and strength-based practice, optimizing reablement, and integrating new technologies.
Special requirements for this post
You will need to be registered with Social Work England or HCPC and have an enhanced DBS check.

You will be an experienced adult social care professional with a track record of working in and managing adult social care operational services.
