This role will be responsible for working on an industry-leading Pricing Team in a fast-paced and dynamic role aimed to drive success towards the firm’s goals and objectives by applying financial, analytical, and business support, while performing profitability scenario analysis to support pricing decisions for firm management. This role will be located in either our London, or Manchester office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence. Other key responsibilities include: Collaborating with the Business Development team on new engagement opportunities by creating competitive and innovative fee proposals that meet strategic and financial goals Assisting relationship attorneys with client rate negotiations by offering pricing advisory service and analytical support Researching and identifying existing/historical firm matters to create standardised pricing templates that assist attorneys in developing budgets for new matters Conducting internal analysis and external industry research around billable rates, fee structures, and pricing trends that drive key business decision-making Preparing presentation materials for pricing strategy discussions with firm leadership We’d love to hear from you if you: Possess well-developed and professional interpersonal skills; including the ability to interact effectively with people at all organisational levels of the firm Demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment with a customer-service focus Display the ability to work independently to research, analyse, and develop financial information And have: A bachelor's degree or an equivalent in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or a related field Analytical experience in finance or accounting Experience responding to ad-hoc requests, performing analyses, and producing reports, preferably Successful candidates will not only be provided with an outstanding career opportunity and welcoming environment, but will also be provided with a generous total compensation package with bonuses awarded in recognition of both individual and firm performance.
