They are looking to add a talented Sous Chef to their team of five – someone with experience catering to large volumes, creating fresh and flavoursome dishes for up to 200 guests. You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as the Sous Chef… £38,000 per annum Working 42 hours per week, great work life balance Various shift patterns – Off-peak shift 8am to 4pm or evening shift 12pm to 8pm, including 1 to 2 evening shifts and peak season 2 days and 3 evenings 5 th January to February half term off Working alongside a team of 5 talented chefs Cooking with the very best ingredients available Free meals on duty Responsibilities as the Sous Chef… Crafting a wide array of fresh dishes for up to 200 covers over a weekend Working closely alongside the Head Chef to ensure a smooth-running kitchen operation Going above and beyond to elevate your culinary skillset Showcasing outstanding communication skills and working well alongside others This role offers a fantastic opportunity to showcase your culinary skills across breakfast, lunch, and dinner services, as well as for a variety of events.
