IT Systems Support professional required to take the lead in systems support and service delivery. Managing IT operations, support critical business systems, and drive service improvements in a regulated environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide 2nd & 3rd line IT support, managing incidents, service requests, and changes. Monitor and maintain IT systems, ensuring minimal downtime and high service levels. Collaborate with third-party providers and internal teams to optimise system performance. Drive service improvements, automation, and best practices across IT operations. Oversee the development and implementation of new IT systems and enhancements. Serve as a subject matter expert in IT support and infrastructure. What You Need: Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. 10 years experience in IT, with 5-7 years in systems support/development. Experience in manufacturing or pharmaceutical environments. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Knowledge of RPG, MS-Access, MS-SQL, .Net, or Qlikview. Familiarity with ITIL, system monitoring, and infrastructure management. Experience with Microsoft Server, Active Directory, virtualisation, and backup technologies - desirable Why Join?
