Best Urban Fibre Provider 2023 (UK Fibre Awards 2023) and SME of the Year Award 2023 (Central South Business Awards) The Role: Due to the success of our business, we are looking to recruit a Graphic Designer you will be working collaboratively to create engaging digital and print media that aligns with our brand guidelines and supports the business in elevating the brand further during an exciting time. Reporting to the Brand Manager, you will have a solid understanding of design principles, including typography and layout, and will be able to provide examples of cross-platform experience within a portfolio – mobile, tablet, desktop and print design applications. You will also be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including but not limited to Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator. Animation skills and storyboarding experience would be a plus. If you are looking to make a difference, thrive in a growing business and share our ambition, we would love to hear from you As our Graphic Designer your key responsibilities will: •Create and design branded assets for print and digital channels in line with annual marketing and campaign plans. •Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualise and develop innovative designs that meet business goals •Conceptualise visuals based on requirements, prepare rough drafts (scamps) based on an agreed brief, presenting ideas to enhance and develop our brand •Ensure projects are completed to a high quality and on schedule •Collaborate, brainstorm and strategise with key stakeholders on a wide range of materials to include web pages, social assets, presentations, animations, collateral, internal communications, newsletters, events and more •Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity •Be a brand ambassador, working to brand guidelines to ensuring all internal and external creatives are aligned and consistent What you’ll bring to toob: •Proven graphic design experience with an excellent eye for detail •Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills, with 3 years’ working experience in design, digital, print and animation for web and social media using Adobe Creative Suite •Ability to prioritise multiple projects and meet strict deadlines •Highly motivated self-starter with a passion for brand marketing •Proven success in developing and elevating brands •Organisational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment toob Benefits: • A positive, collaborative, and supportive work environment • Annual leave - 25 days • Annual Bonus • Hybrid Working • Group Pension • Group Critical Illness • Private Medical Scheme • Development opportunities About toob: Here at toob our people fuel our success and growth and are truly passionate about the work that they do, they enjoy their roles and are proud to work here.
