Client Services Director - London (hybrid) An exciting senior role for a growing award-winning creative agency based in central London. An experienced and results-driven Client Services Director with a strong focus on new business development and strategy. Strong experience with CRM tools e.g. Hubspot and lead-generation platforms. You will have a real passion for the events industry and desire to stay updated on the latest trends and technologies. Role: Lead and manage key client relationships strategically and growing relationships. Identifying and driving growth opportunities. Generate new pitch opportunities and lead on all client meetings/pitches Lead and implement sales strategy to generate new business leads Deliver the agencies generation activities Research and develop new client relationships Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth. Attend all industry trade shows, networking evens and other related event industry trends. Lead the RFP process on new business pitches, working closely with operations teams Support the Account Directors to identify and pursue opportunities for growth with existing accounts.
